| 摘 要： | 提出有关教师职业技能动l练方面的几点思考：首先，讨论教师职业技能训练的硬件环境建设；然后，就师范生的课程体系、师范生教师职业技能实训资源建设，以及师范生规范汉字书写技能的考核方法等问题进行分析和探讨：最后，提出了建立师范生信息网站设想。

| Abstract: | Some thoughts about the teachers＇ professional skills training are discussed in the paper. First of all, the teachers＇ professional skills training hardware environment is explored. Then, students＇ curriculum sys- tem, the development of the teachers＇ professional skill training resources and Chinese writing skills testing are analyzed and discussed. At last, the establishing normal information website idea is put forward. |
