| Abstract: | The article mainly discusses the work of the united front launched by the Chinese Communist Party in the Anti Japanese War to the fifth war area of Kuomingtang government and the local power. It analyses the necessity and possibility that the united front should be founded at that time; it elaborates the role and influence the united front had on the foundation and development of Huxi basis for resisting against Japan and analyses the causes of the problems existing in the work of the united front in Huxi basis for resisting against Japan. |
