领导干部公开选拔方法创新研究

摘    要:领导干部公开选拔制度在我国已经祓列为干部制度改革的一项重要内容。它扩大了范围和民主、增强了选拔的透明度,使优秀人才可以脱颖而出,但是在选拔过程存在问题也不少。本文肯定了领导干部公开选拔制度的意义,分析了现阶段存在的问题,立足岗位胜任力素质测评、远程测评方法,提出对我国领导干部公开选拔方法的创新思路。

Abstract:Open selection of leader system is going to be reformed as one of important part of reform of the whole cadre system. Though this system provides opportunity for best person of ability through expending the selection scope and democracy, strengthening transparency of selection, but it still have some flaws. This paper affirmed the meaning of open selection of leader system and put forward some innovation methods for open selection of leaders based on the analysis for the existed problems and the competency quality evaluation and the method of long - distance evaluation.
