| 摘 要： | 在将制度内生化到两部门经济增长模型的基础上,探讨制度对经济系统的均衡点以及长期经济增长率的影响.从数理模型的角度证明了阿斯莫格鲁(acemoglu)通过实证研究而得出的"制度是至关重要(Institution Matters)"的命题.模型的结论为:经济增长不能通过提高储蓄率,提高资本的投入等简单的手段来实现.一国的经济是否增长、增长的快慢其实有着深刻的制度原因.制度作为影响经济增长的最重要的因素,与经济增长率之间存在着较为复杂的非线性关系,而数理模型的建立为制度与经济增长的非线性关系的实证研究提供了更为科学的依据.

| Abstract: | This paper explores the impact of institution on the equilibrium point of economic system and the long-run economic growth by making institution an endogenous variable in a two-sector economic growth model. It confirms from the mathematical-model perspective Acemoglu's proposition that institution matters.
