| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO与美国的"门户开放"政策均为对中国发生重大影响的事件.但中国加入WTO是成员国之间相互开放市场,平等互惠;而美国的"门户开放"政策是中国单方面向西方列强尤其是美国开放,带有明显的侵略性和不平等性.
