航海类书刊的标准化规范化问题

针对目前航海类书刊存在的量和单位的使用不执行国家标准、插图和表格制作不规范、文后参考文献著录混乱等非标准化规范化问题,指出其主要原因是编校人员、作者和有关领导对执行国家标准认识不足,学习不够,掌握不熟,重出版速度,重经济效益,轻质量以及习惯势力的影响。为此,应继续加大国家标准的宣传力度,通过深入学习,提高编校人员、作者和管理人员的整体素质,并制定和完善本行业有关规范,从根本上提高航海类书刊的质量。

Problems in publication standardization of maritime books and periodicals

Aiming at some problems in non-standardized publication,such as the use of quantity and units at present is not up to national standard,the design of charts and tables is not yet standardized,and references after text are somewhat confused,etc.the author points out the main reasons are that the editors,writers and managers pay more attention to the cycle of publication and economic benefits,and ignore the study on national standards and the publication quality,so that they could not use the rules correctly.Thereby the author puts forward some countermeatures in order to improve the overall quality of editors,writers and managers,and to further improve entirely the publication quality of maritime books and periodicals.
