| 摘 要： | 电子商务已成为未来贸易方式的发展方向,而云南省信息化的现状,使得云南省发展电子商务面对诸多问题,观念认识、信息基建、安全法律、商业信用、支付配货等问题都须解决。对此,除了政府采取积极措施加以引导外,企业自身应树立全新的市场经营理念,不断调整竞争战略,改善管理和经营运作方式,推进云南省企业电子商务的发展。

| Abstract: | E-business has become the potential mode of trade.But there are some difficulties in carrying on E-business in Yunnan Province at present.There are still some problems which need to be resolved such as cognition,information construction,safe law,business credit,payment and delivery etc.besides the guidance of the government the company should set up a new marketing management idea,adjust its strategy of competition,improve its mode of management and operation to promote the development of Yunnan Province. |
