论新型农村合作医疗制度中的立法问题

农民的医疗保健问题直接影响到我国农村的经济发展和社会稳定,建立新型农村合作医疗制度,除了依靠政府的支持,还应当依靠法律法规来维护。当前我国已具备了农村合作医疗制度立法的各种条件,就必须加紧农村合作医疗制度的立法研究,依法推进农村合作医疗保障制度的建立,确实解决好农民因病致贫、因病返贫等问题,以促进农村医疗事业的稳定运行和农村经济的持续发展。

Accounting the Problem of Legislation in the New Rural Cooperative Medical Service

The rural medical and health care will directly influent rural economic development and social stability of our country.Except on the goverment support,we also depent on preserving order by law,while planting a new rural cooperative medical service.At present our country has the conditions of the legislation of rural cooperative medical service,we should strength the legislation of research on the rural cooperative medical service,and march the set of service by law to solve the problem of the farmers' becoming poor because of sickness to promote the smooth working of rural medical service and continuous development of rural economy.
