Politico-cultural Ideas and the Formation Trend of the Style of Modern Literature--A Cultural Analysis of Chinese Literary Creation in 1920s

It is more likely to expose the close relation between modern literature and modern politics when the generation of the noumenal world of Chinese literature is viewed at a politico cultural angle and the evolution of the structure of literature itself is studied. It is clear that the relation exists between political anxiety and the connotation of the characters' images in modern novels, emotional hesitation and the style of the modern poems activated by politics, the transplant of the socio political schema and the research of modern drama, and so on. There is a sort of aesthetic pursuit in the modern writers' sense of style in that they never isolate forms but combine them with meanings. The complicated forms and rich meanings of the other side of the literature history in that period are made known through the permeation of the personal feature of the style, creation idea, and politico cultural factors.
