| Abstract: | Government's function over economy can be classified into two categories, macroscopic and microscopic. Having conducted an investigation on public goods, the outer environment, natural monopoly'and the ineffective control by the government, this article presents an accurate definition of government's function over microeconomy and works out a way for fixing the position of such a function. |
