| 摘 要： | 国家有关部门已将教学装备采购纳入政府采购管理范畴,本文就如何进行高校教育装备采购的管理,阐述了高校仪器设备采购的特点,分析了集中采购的必要性和政府集中采购在高校仪器设备采购中的优点及影响,提出了一套使高校仪器采购既遵从法律法规的规定,又满足高校教学科研迅速发展需要的管理办法。

| Abstract: | In the condition of educational equipment purchase under government control,how to manage the college equipment purchase,which has been stated in the following text.In this thesis,authors have explained that college equipment purchase has its own characters,analyzed the necessity of centralized purchase,the advantage and influence of centralize government purchase in college,and worked out the routine which makes the college equipment purchase not only obeys the related government policy,but also can meet the needs of quick development of college teaching and researching. |
