| 摘 要： | 为了加快区域经济建设的发展,增加区域招商引资的力度,首要的工作是建立科学的招商引资环境评价指标体系。本文通过招商引资指标和区域投资环境指标的相关关系模型,对区域投资环境的评价指标进行了筛选,建立了基于招商引资的区域投资环境评价指标体系,其中,经济外向性对招商引资的影响最大,社会状况和科技教育环境对招商引资具有决定性影响,政策环境则是影响外资投向的根本性因素。

| Abstract: | The article begins with appraisal index systems setting of investor and capital attracting and regional investment climate from a different angle,which is foreign investor and capital attracting.Through relation model of the two index systems we select index that greatly affecting investor and capital attracting.We set an appraisal index system of investment climate based on investor and capital attracting. |
