| 摘 要： | 中国国有企业的改革大致经历了四个阶段,其中第四个阶段是近年来涌起的MBO风潮,本文认为,这一改革思路是在西方产权学派理论影响之下的产物。一方面,它使得一些国有企业经营状况暂时地得到了改善;但另一方面,它自身却存在一些理论困境,而且违背了市场经济和现代文明最基本的公平原则,从而必将带来更多的社会问题。

| Abstract: | The reform of state-owned enterprises has gone through four stages,among which the fourth is the WBO boom.The paper argues that this idea is the product of the western property right school.On one hand,it helps to improve the operation of state-owned enterprises temporarily.On the other hand,it has its own theoretical dilemma.Besides,it violates the fundamental principle of fair competition in the market-oriented economy and modern civilization.This is bound to bring about more social problems. |
