| Abstract: | Ningbo city enjoys the general function and unique function as a port hinge. In order tocoordinate these tWo functions and carry out the policy of developing the city by relying on the portand developing the port by relying on the city, hysteretic problems in the development of Ningbo citymust be solved completely and five consruction tasks to strengthen the function of Ningbo as a centralcity must be completed. |
