| 摘 要： | 在当代经济全球化的背景下,金融是经济的核心,经济结构转换和提升,必须有金融的支持.山西经济结构调整的成败,与山西金融机制的创新有着密不可分的关系.本文针对山西省金融创新的现状及缺陷进行了比较分析,围绕山西金融机制创新、改革与发展问题,从战略上对其进行深入研究,为山西省在中部崛起中的金融机制创新工作提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | In the background of economic globalization,finance has become the core of economy,therefore the conversion and upgrade of economic structure must be backed by finance.The innovation of financial mechanism is the key to the fine-tune of Shanxi economic structure.This paper analyses the status quo and the limitations of innovation of financial mechanism in Shanxi and lucubrates the innovation and development strategically. |
