| Abstract: | As situations become more complex for business competition with the approaching of the twenty first century, enterprises are forced to adjust their strategies in order to survive the changing environment. This paper discusses the important influence of organizational structure and culture in reshuffle of enterprises, and points out the new characters that organizational structure and culture are to possess in the new situation. |
