对中国十大城市群综合发展水平的灰色综合评价与非均衡差异研究

中国十大城市群正在成为中国经济、科技、文化最发达的地区，成为了中国国民经济的十大支撑点，因此，研究中国十大城市群综合发展水平具有理论和实践上的重大意义。通过构建城市群综合发展水平评估指标体系，采用灰色综合评价法，对中国十大城市群综合发展水平进行科学评估及比较，研究发现，十大城市群综合发展水平呈现出领先型集团、挑战型集团、追赶型集团、后进型集团的非均衡区域差异分布。在此基础上提出了缩短四大集团城市群综合发展水平非均衡差异的对策与建议。

Comprehensive Development Level of Ten City Groups in China:On Grey Comprehensive Evaluation and Imbalanced Differences

The ten city groups in China are becoming the most advanced areas of economy, science and technology and culture as well as the ten supportive points of China national economy. Therefore. Exploring and doing some research on the comprehensive development level of ten city groups has significant theoretical as well as practical meanings. The article makes some scientific evaluation and comparison on the comprehensive development level of ten city groups through constructing city groups comprehensive development level evaluation system and making use of grey evaluation system. The research indicates that the comprehensive development level of ten city groups represents imbalanced regional differences as advanced groups, challenging groups, chasing groups and legging behind groups. Based on the research, the article provides some strategies and suggestions on shortening the comprehensive development level of four different city groups.
