On Development and Innovation of Agricultural Operational Organizations

A research on the change of agricultural operational organizations is made, finding that an effective agricultural operational organization is vital to the development of agriculture. Under the same conditions of resources, geographical environment and ecology, the operation of agricultural production depends to a large degree on how the system is implemented rationally. Based on the above, the change of the agricultural operational system is reviewed, the two-layer operation and the task for deepening the reform are analyzed and the innovation of the agricultural operational system is treated.
