| Abstract: | That a journal is an academic document in type determines its nature of literature. The academic nature is the inborn nature of a journal, hence the life of the journal. Standardization is like the rule of game in the circulation of journals. Both the academic nature and the standard form are the rulers of the editors and also the maxims of the journal writers in their writing. |
