| 摘 要： | “知己”、“知彼”与“抉择”是生涯规划的三要素。在假定已知“知彼”、“抉择”的条件下,“知己”应涵盖的内容与社会心理学中的人格是同一的。认识自己与认识客观世界是无法剥离的。生涯规划中的认识自我,就是要研究自己的人格并加以对策。
