| 摘 要： | 当今世界经济的竞争,越来越集中地表现在创新能力竞争上,而管理创新是创新体系中的关键环节.本文从分析我国企业管理创新的紧迫性入手,结合我国企业所面临的市场化、全球化、信息化挑战以及知识经济到来与加入WTO的大环境要求,提出了我国企业目前管理创新的重点领域以及实施管理创新的对策.
