士官教育中高等数学课程教学模式改革的思考

针对士官教育中学员基础薄弱、能力水平参差不齐的现状,提出一种匹配式教学改革模式。阐述匹配式教学模式的内涵、理论基础,并从教育者、管理者及学员三个方面入手,提出了具体实施措施。
