当今社会正在发生全方位、深层次的剧烈变迁,这种变迁必然带来社会心理的深刻变化.其中,日益中心化的大学与大学人必然呈现出躁动不安的心理特征.这种心理特征在现实中的重要表现就是大学精神的重重困境,包括科学精神对人文精神的遮蔽、现实主义对理想主义的遮蔽、顺从迎合的价值取向对独立批判精神的遮蔽、功利主义对超越精神的遮蔽等几方面内容.

On the Predicament of University Spirit in the Period of Social Transformation

Nowadays, great social transformation have taken place in a all-round and deep way, which have caused profound changes in social psychology inevitably. In such a society, universities that are self-centered day by day and people in them certainly become uneasy and restless. One important display of this psychology is the main predicament the university spirit is facing to. This predicament mainly includes four kinds of contradictory, that is, thecontradictory between humanism and sciencism; the contradictory between idealism and realism; the contradictory between the spirit of criticizing and independency from the common customs and the religion of orienting and catering to it; the contradictory between the spirit of transcending the worldly and utilitarianism.
