| 摘 要： | 传统继电器控制的电梯控制线路复杂、体积大、故障率高、难于维护，将PLC应用于电梯控制，克服了上述缺点，并增强控制系统的可靠性。本设计用PLC、变频器改造原有的控制系统，应用变频器完成电梯拖动控制，采用PLC作为信号控制单元，完成电梯信号的采集、运行状态和功能的设定，实现电梯的自动调度和集选运行功能，并介绍了交流变频调速电梯的工作过程、PLC控制系统的硬件和软件，着重分析了位置检测及其控制。

| Abstract: | The application of PLC in elevator's control system overcomes the shortages of more complicated circuit,bigger volume,higher failure rate and difficult maintenance of the control circuit controlled by the electric relay,and makes the system reliability strengthened.This paper introduces the working process of Alternating Current Frequency Converter Elevator,the hardware and the software of PLC controlling system.It stresses on the position measuring and controlling. |
