| 摘 要： | 能够有效地治理腐败常常被认为是民主重要的工具性价值,但目前的经验研究表明民主与腐败治理之间的关系是复杂的,民主在许多情况下并不能够有效地治理腐败.民主的水平、民主的经验以及经济发展水平等因素都可能会影响民主治理腐败的效果.本文在对民主与腐败治理关系的经验研究进行综述的基础之上,提出了一种民主治理腐败机制的一般解释框架.

| Abstract: | The public expects that democracy can promote anti-corruption.However,the empirical researches show that the relationship between democracy and anti-corruption is complex.Democracy can not promote anti-corruption in many cases.The level of democracy,democratic experience and the level of economic development may be the factors that affect the results of democracy on anti-corruption.Based on the summary of the empirical researches on the relationship between democracy and anti-corruption,the paper put forward an explanatory framework for the effects of democracy on anti-corruption. |
