发展与代价问题再思考

江泽民同志在党的十六大报告中指出"发展是硬道理,必须把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务."对于我国这样的欠发达国家来说,发展迫在眉睫.然而要想求得长足发展,必须考虑到与之相伴而来的代价.在发展与代价问题上的盲目乐观主义和悲观主义都会在一定程度上阻碍社会的发展与进步.因此,重申马克思主义的发展与代价观,辩证地全面地看待发展与代价问题、正确地处理二者的关系,对于我国的现代化建设不仅具有十分重要的理论意义,而且具有极其重大的现实意义.

Rethinking the Issues of Development and Cost

Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out in the sixteenth reports of the party: "Development is an inflexible principle and we must regard development as the essential task for our party to implement political right and to thrive our country. " For countries such as China whose developmental extent is relatively low, development is extremely urgent. But if we want to get tremendous development, we must think about the costs coming along with the development. The blind optimism and pessimism on the issues of development and cost will hinder the social development and progress to some extent. Therefore, reaffirming the Marxism view of development and cost, treating issues of development and costing in dialectical and comprehensive attitude, dealing with the relationship of the development and the cost are of theoretical and realistic significance to our country's modenization.
