粮食加工企业粮食采购渠道与网上竞价交易行为分析

基于对郑州粮食批发市场128个粮食加工企业的调查数据,实证分析了粮食加工企业的粮食采购渠道、竞价交易行为和竞价平台使用满意度。研究发现,调查样本中的多数企业采用3种以上的粮食采购渠道,传统粮食采购渠道对于网上竞价交易表现出较强的替代效应;粮食加工企业使用竞价交易的主要原因是保障交易资金安全、一次性采购大量粮食和容易找到竞价标的;企业基本经营特征、粮食采购特征和竞价决策特征是影响竞价交易的三类主要变量。为了推动粮食网上竞价交易发展,仍需建立全国范围的、影响力广泛的统一粮油交易平台,政策上营造接近于自由市场的宽松交易环境,提供更多特色粮食品种的竞价机会,批发市场交易平台也要面向粮食加工企业提供多样化的信息服务。

Grain Purchasing Channels and Online Auction BehaviOr of Grain Processing Enterprises

Based on survey data of 128 grain processing enterprises from the Zhengzhou grain wholesale market, the paper analyzes the grain purchasing channels, auction behavior, and suits suggest that most companies in the survey sample used three or more food bidders＇ satisfaction. The repurchasing channels and that traditional food purchasing channels showed a strong replacement effect to online auctions.Grain processing enterprises choose to use the auction platform in order to ensure secure transactions of funds, purchase large quantities of grain at once, and find the bidding target easier. Besides, the basic characteristics, purchasing characteristics and bidding decision characteristics are the three main variables affecting auction transactions.In order to promote the development of grain online auction, it is necessary to establish a national or influential trading platform, create a relaxing policy on trading environment close to the free market, and provide more bidding opportunities for features grain.Besides, trading platforms also call for better and more information services for grain processing enterprises.
