| 摘 要： | "铁路行车组织"课程为满足铁路运输的快速发展和人才培养的需要.将新的运输组织理念融入教学,增加了客运专线运输组织基本理论、用计算机编制列车运行图和编组站综合自动化等知识内容.并将仿真实验运用到课程教学中,采用"课堂教学+课程设计+现场实习(实践)+铁路行车组织仿真实验"的教学模式和循序渐进的"四层次四结合"的实验课程体系来加强学生的专业技能训练,以培养学生综合设计能力和创新能力,很好地满足了我国铁路运输复合型人才的培养需要.
