| 摘 要： | 伴随着社会主义市场经济的建立和发展,全国各高校学报质量日益提高,竞争更加激烈。为了迅速地占领期刊市场,在竞争中求得更好的生存与发展,各高校学报应转变观念,由传统的质量意识向精品意识、特色意识转变。这是其自身发展与壮大的重要保证,也是市场经济、国际化市场发展的要求与必然趋势。

| Abstract: | With the setting up and development of socialist market economy,the quality of journals of each university in China has been improved gradually with heated competition.In order to rapidly occupy periodical market,gain better existence and development,each university should change its idea from traditional quality idea to intensive and characteristic idea in editing journals.It is an important guarantee to self development and strength,and the requirement and inevitable trend of market economy and international market development. |
