| Abstract: | Base on an investigation of the mechanism of immediate judgment in the people's court of Beilun and an analysis of the notions and the motivations of such a mechanism,this paper makes a brief analysis of its innovations from the perspective of jurisprudent,and offers some suggestions on its improvement of the problems in practice.It is hoped that the procedure of immediate judgment will be able to realize its own value of justice. |
