| 摘 要： | 根据食品产业的重大变化和国际农业经济学科的发展趋势，我国涉农大学的农业经济学科必须根据自身学科基础及自身所处的区域特征，对自身农业经济学科的教学和科研进行调整和重新定位，以满足现代食品产业发展对食品经济管理人才的强烈需求。我国现行的食品教育难以满足这一要求，我们的调查也证明了这一点。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Food lndustryhas been experiencing historic changes. That is, Food Industryhas been theera of food industry system. Since 1980, Agricultural Economies in developed countriesalso has undergone significant differentiation, one of that is the foundation of food Industry Management. Currenteducation system of food in China cannot meet the violentneeds of modem food Industryfor talentson food Industry Management,just as our investigation demonstrate. Accordingly agricultural Economics in China must been reformed. |
