Reflection on Management and Development of Yunnan Nationalities Village

Theme parks are in a preliminary stage in modern China. Few of the theme parks built in the 1980s and 1990s exist today. As an old theme park built twelve years ago, Yunnan nationalities village now faces various challenges and crises. The author recommends the following six renovations to the park: option on resource-oriented or market-oriented, the demand of market and structure of products, management model and concept, excitation mechanism and human resource management, option on market precedence or producing precedence.
