城市社区工作者队伍建设的现状调研——以杭州市典型社区为例

浙江省杭州市按照中央关于完善居民自治,建设管理有序、文明祥和的新型社区,加强社区建设,创新社区管理的要求,在社区建设上取得了一定成绩.如今社区工作者在解决社会问题、维护社会稳定、促进社会和谐等方面发挥着独特作用,成为现代社会建设新型社区的关键所在.本调研综合运用了文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法等,对杭州市的三个典型社区的社区工作者进行了调研,展现了杭州市城乡社区工作者队伍的现状及现阶段存在的问题,并针对调研结果提出了对策和建议.
