| 摘 要： | 由于企业家才能有创新、发现、承担不确定性和协调等功能,它成为了产业升级最重要的驱动力.利用调查数据和结构方程模型,我们的研究发现企业家才能约贡献了企业绩效的60％,这一结果有力地支持了上述结论.浙江最著名的优势是它有为数众多的浙商,以及他们的企业家才能,浙江要实现产业的转型升级,就要把这种优势发挥好,利用好,在相关制度的安排上,就应该以充分发挥浙商的企业家才能为中心.
