| 摘 要： | 本文详细介绍了欧盟为应对罕见病所采取的包括提高对罕见病的认识水平、支持成员国应对罕见病的计划、加强成员国在罕见病领域的合作、建立罕见病的网络、鼓励罕见病研究、激励罕用药研发等在内的诸多政策,在此基础上简要分析了欧盟经验对中国的启示.
