| 摘 要： | 本文旨在研究企业危机的内因,即法人倒闭与核心自然人素质之间的逻辑和实证关系.以金融危机爆发以来作为时间维度,以浙商群体作为样本对象.从企业主价值观、企业家能力、企业家精神、企业制度选择倾向、以及决策特征等维度分析与企业盛衰消长之间的关系.指出企业家素质是决定企业存续时间和生存质量的基础,全面提升企业主素质才是提高企业生命力和竞争力的根本.
