征地农转非居民的社区服务需求实证调研--以上海市浦东新区为例

征地农转非群体是我国在城市化过程中新出现的特殊群体,由于目前的整体迁移政策,往往原来同一个村的村民在农转非后仍然居住在同一个社区,出现了独特的农转非社区.本文正是通过问卷和实地访谈调查,在了解这一特殊社区居民群体的特殊需求情况下,从需求方出发探讨社区服务的供给和完善.

Demonstration investigation and research of non-land farmers' community's demand and community service--Take Pudong New Area of Shanghai as an example

The non-land group is the new emerging special group in the course of urbanization. Because of the present migration policy, villagers of the same village usually still live in the same community, then the unique community has appeared. By way of questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews, this article tries to explore the special demand of this special community residents and to discuss the supply and perfection of the community service.
