中国文学的现代传播秩序与出版法规之演变

中国文学自十九世纪末纳入了生产、传播和消费的社会机制之后，就不得不随着社会现代化的脉动而发展。社会现代化是在否弃传统的基础上建构民主自由的现代民族国家，这种历史语境中所产生的思想解放和历史使命的双重压力，使文学表现出彻底摒弃传统的批判意识与追求自由民主的新思想和科学先进的新知识的现代性追求。这种现代性追求是现代中国文学秩序的核心，但不是全部。二十世纪前期晚清政府、北洋政府和国民政府分别颁布了各自的出版法规，这种出版秩序在一定程度上对文学的现代性追求有所阻碍甚至扼杀，但其维系现代性秩序的否定性价值却值得肯定，更无法否认其历史性的存在。现代中国文学秩序的建构并非单极发展，而是在这些力量的平衡中维系着一种稳定的现代性秩序，这才是中国文学发展的常态。

Modern spreading order of Chinese literature and the changes of publication laws

At the end of 19th century, Chinese literature entered the social mechanism of production, spreading cosumption. Social modernization lead to the thought liberation, which made Chinese literature abandon tradition and prusue democracy and science. Prusuing modernization became the core of Chinese literature order, but not all. Before the 20th century,liter Qing government, Beiyang government and government of Republic of China promulgated some publication laws, which hindered the modernization of literature in some degree, but its negation is also positive and its historical existence cant be ignored.
