摘    要:民间文化资源是发展河南省民间文化产业的切入点和突破口。促进民间文化资源的开发和利用。打造特色品牌.则应从以下几个方面入手:高度重视民间文化原创.立足现实、抓准定位、提升品位。加强我省民间文化品牌建设。必须处理好资源开发和品牌化的关系.政府推进和民间运作的关系。

Abstract:Folk-culture resources have been the breakthrough to develop folk-culture industry of Henan Province.To accelerate the development and utilization of folkculture resources and to forge characteristic brands in Henan Province,we should stress the originality in folk culture,base upon the reality,set the orientation accurately and promote brand effects.In addition,we should well handle the relation between developing resources and innovating brands,between promotion by the government and folk operation.
