| 摘 要： | 蒙古族习惯法是早期游牧民族法律文化的缩影，也是元朝法制建设的特殊起点。元朝法制同蒙古法文化有着重要的渊源关系，蒙古族习惯法对元朝法律的影响是深刻的，这使得元朝法制始终表现出封建法和民族习惯法的二元特色。

| Abstract: | Mongolian habitual law is the miniature of law culture of nomadic ethnic groups and it is also the specific starting point of Yuan Dynasty lawful construction. Yuan Dynasty law system is closely connected with Mongolian law culture. Mongolian habitual law profoundly influences the Yuan Dynasty law. It makes that the law system of Yuan Dynasty embodies the dual characteristics of feudal law and Ethnic group habitual law. |
