| 摘 要： | 对工业结构进行调整 ,以适应不同历史阶段生产力发展的要求 ,是加速工业化进程 ,实现经济发展的重要措施之一。当前 ,包头市工业结构中存在着所有制结构不合理、产业内部构成比例失调、技术结构低度化、产品结构初级化和企业组织结构失衡等主要问题。国家西部大开发战略的实施为包头市工业化发展带来了新的商机 ,面对机遇 ,包头市要以提高企业的国际竞争力为目标 ,加强技术引进与创新 ,不断调整和优化工业结构。

| Abstract: | The adjusting of industrial structure is one of the important measures in improving the economy,and is the demand of adapting the development of the productive forces as well.Currently the industrial structure of Baotou city exists lots of problems:the unreasonable structure of ownership,the inconsistent ratio of inner constitution,low-grade technology structure,primary products structure and lopsided organization structure.The strategy of western development will bring up new technology,funds and business opportunities for industrial development of Baotou city.Baotou city must strengthen the international competitive power of enterprises by introducing advanced technology and innovating,and optimize industrial structure. |
