| 摘 要： | 历史和现实的经验表明 ,扫盲后续教育发展的速度、规模、质量与效益 ,主要取决于各种保障措施的完善、落实与否 ,为此 ,有必要从方针政策、组织管理、资源配置、教学监测诸方面 ,构建起促进我国扫盲后继续教育健康发展的质量保障系统。
