高校思想政治工作要想在增强时代感 ,加强针对性、实效性、主动性上下功夫 ,就必须结合变化了的国际国内形势和学生的思想实际 ,在内容上加强政治理论教育、形势政策教育、理想信念教育、民主法制教育和艰苦创业教育 ,在方法上坚持灌输、疏导和转化相结合 ,坚持以理服人、以情感人与以法教育管理人相结合 ,坚持生动活泼、寓教于乐的形式。
