| 摘 要： | 职业气质是职业人格 (职业动机、性向和气质 )中相当重要的一方面。气质影响人的工作绩效 ;从教师职业素质出发提出高师生职业气质的操作性定义和维度构想 ;并通过问卷调查形成正式的高师生职业气质问卷。

| Abstract: | Work temperament is an important part of personality which includes motivation, aptitude and temperament. A person's temperament influences his job performance. The studies on occupation quality of teachers give the information about the operational definition and dimensions of work temperament of normal university students. Through surveys, the formal work temperament questionnaire of normal university students can be formed. |
