摘    要:人格发展受遗传和环境交互作用的影响。社会环境中的亲子关系、手足关系、伙伴关系三种社会关系影响着个体从婴儿期到青春期人格的发展。反社会行为倾向、离社会行为倾向、亲社会行为倾向人格的发展都与个体特有的这三种社会关系的性质和状况密切相关。为帮助孩子建构良好的社会关系以发展其健康人格 ,父母应针对有着不同行为倾向的孩子采取相应的教育方法。

Abstract:Personality development is influenced by gene|environment transactions. Developmental pathways of individual personality from childhood to adolescence are influenced by three social relationships in social environment|sibling relationships, parent|child relationships and peer relationships. The quality and state of these three social relationships are closely related to the development of three behavioral orientations: antisocial behavior, social inhibition and withdrawal, and pro|social behavior. To help children establish good social relationships to develop healthy personality, parent should take educational methods according to children's behavioral orientation.
