| 摘 要： | 企业的技术创新贵在持续,也难在持续。只有持续不断地推出新的技术创新项目,才能提升企业的核心竞争力,因而有必要研究企业持续创新动力模式。企业持续创新动力模式与技术创新动力模式最大的差异在于如何确保企业具备持续不断的动力来进行技术创新,而非在一段时间内推出一两个创新项目而享受创新垄断利润。因此,在设计企业持续创新动力机制时有必要引入制度因素,只有做出合适的制度安排才能确保企业创新动力的持续性。

| Abstract: | Though hard as it is,technological innovation is the lifeline of enterprises.The sustainable technological innovation can guarantee their competitiveness,and therefore new models should be adopted.The biggest difference between the sustainable innovatory motive models and the technical innovatory motive models finds expression in the former's sustainable motive force for technological innovation rather than several monopolized innovations for high profits in a certain time.Thus,only suitable institutional arrangement can guarantee the enterprises' sustainable motive force for technological innovation. |
