| Abstract: | Because of the factors, such as international consciousness embodied by the globlizzaion of economy, globliaztion of concept of rule by law and improved anthority of international orgnizations, the third nationalism in 20th century presents the tendency of getting together. At the same time, it also presents the tendency of scattering about and has profound influence on sovereignty in theory and practice for the following factors: nationalism conflicts with state, the pluralism of the content and nature of nationalism and demonstrative effect of the disintegration of the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia. We think, nevetheless, this doesn't result in denying the status of sovereignty-national nighest anthority. |
