| 摘 要： | 本文旨在介绍、分析德国高等学校学位制度和学科专业设置以期借鉴。首先在回顾德国高等学校发展史的基础上,结合“博洛尼亚进程”,介绍了其学位制度和毕业考试系统,然后重点分析联邦统计局定期发布的“专业群、学习范围和学习专业”和“专业群、教学与研究范围和专业领域”两种专业目录,并与中国的学科专业目录相比较。在德国高等教育学科和专业领域,与中国具有可比性的范畴是和学科有紧密联系的所谓“学习项目”。在学习项目的设置机制中,认证和评估机制是质量保证的重要环节。 |

| Abstract: | Beginning with a brief summary of the status quo of higher education and the undergoing Bologna Process in Germany,this research report focuses on the changing systems of academic degrees and final examinations.As part of importance,the two catalogs of classification of disciplines which are annually updated by the German Statistisches Bundesamt are analyzed in comparison with the Chinese counterpart.This analysis leads to the emphasis on study programs which might serve as a parameter for Chinese reform.To set up a new study program with assured quality,accreditation and evaluation should be implemented. |
