| 摘 要： | 受诸多因素的制约 ,当前在我国全面开展资产证券化的时机和条件不成熟。在借鉴发达国家资产证券化成功经验的基础上 ,积极完善各项制度、加大供给和需求、改善金融环境的同时 ,抓住时机进行我国资产证券化的试点 ,即遵循先国际后国内的原则 ,率先对一些适合的资产进行离岸证券化运作

| Abstract: | China's current situation does not allow securitization of assets. By learning from the successful examples in the developed countries, we can introduce off-shore asset securitization as an attempt to gradually apply securitizaton when domestic finance market is mature. |
