| 摘 要： | 以项目的社会及企业收益率为指标,对我国车用乙醇汽油项目案例进行讨论分析。然后结合互动视角下的技术评估流程图分析,研究互动式技术评估方法的自身特征及其应用。最后基于互动式技术评估方法,给出本文的结论与政策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on the characteristics and application of interactive technology assessment. The authors analyze a case of gasohol in China in which they take use of social rate of return and private rate of return as indicators and technological assessment flow chart analysis with an interactive perspective to conclude remarks and policy measures. |
